Where do you find the SSID and the Default Router #'s?

Where, I checked under my connections but i cant find these ones
Where do you find the SSID and the Default Router #'s?
Usually it's not in the my connections, it can be found in the web-based or terminal-based interface for the router. If let's say you have a ABC router, you could log-in to the web-based interface by your web browser and finding the SSID, or you could even set a new one.
