I want to know what can i do on my router and os to make share between my 2 computers with just windows component

You can go to dyndns.com and get a free subdomain that will point to your PC at work. It will update it's IP address if it ever changes.
You may have problems setting that up if you do not have access to the router in your office.

Use MAC address filtering. Each address is totally unique to a specific computer.
