I recieved an email attachment from "OUA seek learning" that i REALLY need to open to help with my future, but when i go to open it, it says 'Your current security settings do not allow for this file to be downloaded".
What do i have to do to open the files? plz help its important.

Change your security settings in both.

Whatever browser you use... Goto it's Internet options and make it a bit less secure...
Or if it's the email company which is not letting youy open the attachments... Forward it to your another email and try again...

Reply:when uisng IE go to tools and internet options click the tab called security then set to default level. If it doesn't work, lower the level...but don't forget to set to default level after you receive the attachment
