try calling the company or going on their website. it really helps. if its broken they may even send you a new one for free if you have a warranty.

I presume you are referring to streaming video from the web. In that case you may have to contact your Internet Service Provider and find out whether they throttle the available speed during certain peak hours of the day/night.
