hi ... i have a siemens speedstream wireless modem, and its on for about 6 hrs a day ... i was wondering how much electricity does it consume ?? if quite alot, then is there any way to minimize it ?? thanx

This guy claims his modem consumes 7 watts. So yours would probably be much less since it%26#039;s on only 6 hrs a day.
