Who should I go to about internet problems?

We can%26#039;t get internet through a router. We don%26#039;t know if it%26#039;s the ISP, the modem, the router (probably not, we%26#039;ve tried two) or the two computers. I have no idea who to ask to help fix it, because the ISP guy is pretty useless and we%26#039;ve tried just about everything.
Who should I go to about internet problems?
call the company or reset the whole thing
Who should I go to about internet problems?
try call your isp back and hopefully you will get someone better. If they are not any good, ask to speak to a supervisor.. it%26#039;s your isp%26#039;s job to fix your internet connection. I know, as i work for an isp myself
Reply:actually me, but we have a little problem we live far away I think,,, I would help you for free.. hehehe I know how to fix wireless problems and take apart computer including laptops that won%26#039;t be a hard deal, unless the provider has locked you guys out, that happened once to us...
Reply:You have stated very little. Who is your ISP? What kind of modem? Cable - DSL

Is it a hardwire router, who is the router manufacturer. Do you have all the documentation for the router.

There is no way that you can have a problem with a broadband connection and a router. It is so simple.

All Router manufacturers have specific information on their website about hooking up your router.

Supply more information.
